Coffee capsules Lavazza Espresso Point Crema & Aroma Gran Espresso 100 pcs

I've used Lavazza Blue extensively and was curious about the older Lavazza Espresso Point system so I went ahead and bought these and a machine. I'm sorry, but Espresso Point is nowhere near as good as it's newer sibling, Lavazza Blue. If you want a great capsule system, Lavazza Blue is it. Espresso Point uses unsealed rigid plastic capsules with a paper filter inside. At 7g of coffee you can only pull a very small shot or it's watery, and unfortunately the aroma has a little instant coffee smell. This is the only Espresso Point capsule I've tried and it's the last. Lavazza Blue are hermetically sealed capsules and taste far fresher and richer. Blue capsules also contain more coffee, don't use paper filters like Espresso Point, and there are more varieties available. The only advantage I can see is Espresso Point capsules are a little cheaper, but the coffee isn't as good and you need two Espresso Point capsules to get a decent sized shot. That's why they come sealed pouches of two.
