A professional holder made of chrome-plated brass makes espresso of the same quality as in bars and coffee houses. Three filters are included: for ground coffee for preparing one serving and two servings (at the same time) and for tableted coffee. An optional Crema perfetta filter is available for perfect creams with minimal effort. For cappuccino lovers, Gaggia New Classic Coffee has a panarello that makes it easy to froth milk for cappuccino. A steam and hot water supply tube will supply both steam for foaming milk and hot water for tea.
