The Ditting KE 640 Vario is a professional coffee grinder for cafes, restaurants, hotels, with direct grinding function and stepless adjustment. This model makes grinding "on demand" - an individual serving size for the client. Maximum continuous operation time: 4 seconds for 16 seconds pause, 6 seconds for 60 seconds pause. Very fast, but neat and thorough grinding without overheating will preserve all the aromatic properties of the selected coffee blend and guarantee the maximum crema of the espresso being prepared. There is a factory grind setting: 7 g in 2 seconds - single portion, 14 g in 4 seconds - double portion. The grinder can work in three modes: automatic, hands-free and barista. Also, this device has a light indication of switching on, self-resetting of the dose counter, overload protection. The grinder has a hopper stop screw, an electronic timer, buttons and a counter for single and double portions, a portafilter, and a burr resource counter. Thanks to its excellent appearance, it will perfectly fit into any interior.
