We value every customer and aim to ensure a comfortable shopping experience. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations or has a manufacturing defect, we guarantee a transparent and quick exchange or return process.

✅ Conditions for Exchange or Return

You have the right to return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, provided that:

• The item has not been used.

• The product retains its original condition, packaging, seals, and labels.

• You provide a purchase confirmation (receipt or invoice).

 Product Exchange

We will gladly exchange a product if it does not suit your needs in terms of specifications, color, or size. If an identical item is not available, you may:

• Choose another product from our store's assortment;

• Request a refund.

 Warranty Claims

If a manufacturing defect or malfunction is found during the warranty period:

• We will repair the product free of charge, or

• Replace it with a new one, or

• Provide a refund in accordance with Ukrainian law.

 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your payment will be refunded within 5–7 business days using the same payment method as the original transaction.

 Non-returnable Items

According to CMU Resolution No. 172 dated 19.03.1994, the following items are non-returnable:

• Opened food products (coffee, capsules, etc.);

• Personal hygiene items;

• Products with visible signs of use or damaged packaging.
